Refunds are not provided once an order has been dispatched.
We take utmost care in crafting and inspecting each ensemble before it leaves our atelier. Customers are kindly requested to review product specifications, sizing guides, colour details, and material descriptions thoroughly prior to finalizing their purchase.
We offer exchanges for eligible cases such as:
Products received with manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit.
Products received that are completely different from the item originally ordered.
All exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after the specified reporting window may not be considered for inspection or exchange.
To process an exchange request, customers must provide an uncut video showing the complete parcel opening process.
Products eligible for exchange should meet the following conditions.
All product tags, seals, and brand labels should remain attached and unbroken.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its pristine original state.
Return the product complete with its original dust bag, box, and all accessories.
Products showing makeup stains, perfume scents, alterations, or wear will not be accepted.
Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
Contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
Once an order is dispatched from our facility, cancellation may not be possible.
Any applicable cancellation or refund processing will strictly follow the store's stated policy.
